  I am going to buy the personal plan for my website on WordPress .Can I run wordadds in personal plan ??

  For the Premium and Business plan, you’re automatically approved for WordAds. For the Personal plan, you can remove site ads. You can also use ads and earn from them if your site meets the minimum traffic requirements. There’s not a named traffic number that can be provided, but you’ll generally need to have thousands of pageviews per month.
