Website Moved to Different Email, Now Is Being Changed and Can’t Access

A couple of days ago, I received an email saying a request had been made to change my domain (touchdownsquad.com) to a new email address that was not mine ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) – assuming this is a hacker? I then immediately got another email that this change had been made and if this was not me, I should reply to this email immediately – so I did and have not heard back from WordPress since (been about 40 hours now).
I then tried to log into my account but was met with a message that said ‘This account has been closed’ and prompted me to fill out an account restoration form, which similarly I have not received a reply to (I got auto-email confirmations that my support ticket had gone through).
Since then, my website has been redirected to a new URL and completely changed. I have also had two unauthorised charges on my debit card (have since canceled my card).
Any help would be really appreciated as this website is my business. Usually as a Pro member I can get live chat support but since I can’t log in, I can’t access this.

From what you tell someone must have full access to your wordpress.com account and your email address. So change your email password to a strong password and acticate 2FA. As they also have full access to your credit card, check your computer for malware and spyware.
