  Hello,
  i have a question regarding to website name (domain)
  my website https://geniusmedicine.wordpress.com/
  if i upgraded to a paid plan the “.wordpress” would be removed?
  and my website will be named “www.geniusmedicine.com” ?

  if yes , so which plan would be helpful? can i buy the domain only without choosing any plan ?
  sorry for many questions but iam newbie and confused about that issue.

  http://www.geniusmedicine.com has already been registered (by someone else?) at Godaddy.
  If you only need a custom domain, you could start with a Personal Plan. If you need more features, you can choose another paid plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
