  what is a subdomain vs. domain name?

  Hey there @jolanbiwonnu1,

  A domain name is your website name. e.g. yourgroovydomain.com

  A subdomain is an additional part of your main domain name. e.g. blog/yourgroovydomain.com.

  Your primary domain can exist without your subdomain but your subdomain can’t exist without the main domain.

  Hi @austinsangs,

  A subdomain is blog.yourgroovydomain.com. With a dot separating it from the domain and not a slash.
