Website name accepted, but doesn't receive confirm email.

When my colleague tries to make an account using her email address, she pages says that her username, email address and password was accepted and check her email for a confirmation, but the conformation email never comes. Is this because we’re in the same office and using the same ip address?

I don’t think the IP address ought to be an issue because it’s the email address that becomes our unique identifier.

It shouldn’t have to do with your IP addresses. Sorry for the inconvenience but I can get your colleague manually confirmed. Please provide the username of the account as @timethief suggested, and I can contact your colleague directly.
