person that created my website will not give me login for WordPress I need to know what I can do I believe this person deliberately did this because he also will not give me login info regarding my domain..im really lost and don’t know what to do?
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link.
WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
