Website no longer active or visible to public

  How do i find out why or what i can do to get this back up and running please?
  Being trying unsuccessfully for weeks to sort this out.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  You are on the wrong website. The notice at the bottom of the page says that the site belongs to Bluehost, you’ll need to contact them about this issue.

  I contacted them and they have told me to contact wordpress.

  Your site is hosted by Bluehost. For one reason or another they have suspended your site. At least they must tell you why they suspended your site.
