Website no longer at Premium level

  Hi we’ve paid for our site to be at Premium level since last May and a few Mays before that. But now the site thinks that we are not at Premium level anymore. Can you tell what happened? Thank you!

  Hi there!

  It looks like there was a chargeback made on the Premium plan that was renewed in May 2022. The chargeback was filed on 2022-07-25 and because of this, the plan was removed from your account.

  The other Administrator user on your website paid for the chargeback fee and purchased a No Ads upgrade on 2022-07-26.

  You would need to repurchase the Premium plan to add that back onto your site.
