Website no longer working and not even showing in my WordPress account?

    My website is no longer working and I purchased it back in 2016. It’s showing it was renewed on Feb 18, 2022 but it’s no longer live online and when I logged into my WordPress site to review the details, my account is not even showing a history of my payments, billing, domain, etc? Would you be able to assist regarding my website http://www.jessicahitchcock.org?

    Hi there,

    The jessiekuzelart account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites or domains with us. It looks like you haven’t logged into the account since you created it two years ago, in May 2020.

    The domain, jessicahitchcock.org, belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username account. It expired on 6 January, and was removed from our system on 17 February.

    We can only restore a cancelled domain if the request comes from the account that used to own it, so please log into the account that owns the domain and open a new support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can help you with that.

    If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access. Once you’ve verified your ownership and regained access to the account, we can also help you with restoring the domain.
