website not appearing same on mobile as on desktop,

  Hi,
  This is my first time on this community. I needed some help as i just got a problem. I have published my website, today i visited it via mobile and was shocked to see it as it was not showing what i have placed on home page. It was just showing my last post, there was also no logo of my website instead of it there was written “HandHeld” . I am really worry about it. Can you please aware me about the problem.

  I don’t see any custom information there, just the theme default text.

  Thanks, for your kind support. Actually hawkscom.wordpress.com wasn’t the website about which i was talking it was another. And i find the problem, it was occurring due to a WP plugin “handheld”. After deactivating it the problem was solved.
