Website not available

Hi
I have been experiencing website access issues. I have requested people to test accessing the site, but on a few occasions my website was not available. Why is this? I want to ensure that my site is consistently up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no access issue to your site. I have zero difficulty when it comes to accessing your site on 3 different computers and using 3 different browsers found here http://browsehappy.com
Please read https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/search-engine-optimization-7?replies=3#post-2462138 and know that search engines could care less about what’s published on static pages.

I cannot get access to my site from inside my account. It says I don’t even HAVE one- and need to start from scratch! ???
I am in process of re-doing, but this is ridiculous if I cannot gain access to do so and am paying monthly for a site it says I do not have!

There is no problem with godaddy.
My domain is fine, its up and running, the problem is word press is no longer recognizing my premium membership which I’ve held since May.
so.. as there is no number to CALL someone, and explain the details, this particular venue is quite trying.

Hello there,
We do not provide support for domain forwarding. We do provide support for domain mapping to an existing domain URL from an underlying .wordpress.COM blog.re: mapping an existing domain
WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers but mapping an existing domain is possible.Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made, it and the domain mapping purchase here, each and every year.
Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually and a domain name purchase and domain mapping are included in the Premium upgrade bundle.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL.
If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the WordPress.COM blog, and as you own a domain URL already, you can see here for mapping an existing domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
It can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.
What is the URL of the underlying .wordpress.COM blog?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account purchased any upgrades for it? -

I am more confused than ever. I have had an existing account- wordpress elegant themes, hosted by go-daddy since May- I’ve had not problems all bills are paid… until I wanted to re-do the site a bit and put up a ‘coming soon’ page.
Since then, I cannot access the back end of the site to edit it.
susancatherine.com is the URL and from what I understand, I have a premium account. Bought Divi elegant theme and have been working with the site since May. So…what is mapping an existing domain? and why would anything change in the last three weeks?
