Website not blog wanted

  I want a website not a blog, why is everything I am directed to all about blogs? i work for a not for profit organisation and was looking to create a website for free. WordPress advertise that you can set up a website for free, however everything seems to be directed to creating a blog for free not a website. Can anyone help?

  Great question! The simple answer is that WordPress is first and foremost a blogging platform.

  But you are right, you can create a website with WordPress. The best place to start is with this documentation:

  What I’d recommend is finding a theme that provides the type of look you want for your website and then you simply start creating pages and adding content.
