Website not coming up on mobile accurately

  Hi there :)
  For some reason my website is not coming up accurately on mobile phones.

  I installed the plug in WPtouch Mobile Plugin to help the situation and it did for a while, but over the last 2 months its now no longer coming up on the mobile.
  The theme Im using is Themify Ultra.
  Any help would make such a difference- Im a bit desperate and now sure how to fix this problem. Im new at building websites as well and do not want to disappoint my client.
  Is there anything you can suggest to help? Im wondering it its the theme Im using :S

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
