Website not connected to account but want to cancel

  Hello,

  I was charged for my domain however have not been able to cancel due to the domain not being connected to my account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). Any help canceling and refunding would be greatly appreciated. Domain was not set to expire until the 26th.

  @jimmyroe111 your very general recommandations aren’t valid on the wordpress.com platform. WordPress;com has it’s own procedures which can be found in our extensive documentation – https://wordpress.com/support/

  @nrussell178f01c0f9f As you have a paid plan it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that domain by using the transaction ID as described at – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

  @nrussell178f01c0f9f, as @staartmees said, you’ll need to go through the Account Recovery process to cancel the domain and get a refund if applicable. However, I’ve sent you an email from help@wordpress.com with more information so we can locate that account.
