Website Not Found?

Hi, I have a blog that is hosted through Bluehost. I have Jetpack installed, but whenever I log into WordPress to try to view additional stats, it just says that I don’t have a website yet. My email address and everything seem to match in both, I’m not sure why they aren’t linking up. Please help!

Hi there, the site you referenced is connected via Jetpack and the connection tests out fine. It is on the jessenfarmsblog account. Is that the account you are logged into when trying to view the stats?

I’m not sure how it couldn’t be; I’m clicking on Jetpack, Stats, and then the additional stats in WordPress link directly from my blog dashboard. I only have the one email address as well, so I don’t think I have any other login information. Are you able to check if I accidentally set up two accounts with the same email address somehow? I wouldn’t put it past me. ;)

Thanks. Let’s try this first. Log out of WordPress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.
If the above doesn’t work can you try a different browser to see if it is only related to that browser? Which browser are you having the issue with?
Here at WordPress.com, each account has to have a unique email address, so we can’t have duplicates here. It could be that your WordPress.org self-hosted site has the same email address since it isn’t “on” this system, just connected to it via Jetpack.

I’m still running into the same issue, both with Chrome and Firefox. However, I tried logging in with the username jessenfarmsblog instead of my email address though and couldn’t get in… when I used the “forgot your password” link nothing ever arrived in my inbox. Is that helpful?
I use Bluehost and usually log into WordPress directly from that home page, which takes me to my blog dashboard with no issue. It’s when I try to redirect back to WordPress from that dashboard to look at stats that it loses my website, if that makes sense.

@jennyjessen17, I can disconnect Jetpack from our end so that you can then reconnect it, but I don’t want to do that until you can confirm that you are able to log into the following WordPress.com account successfully.

Can you see if you can log into that account using the username instead of the password. Also once in, check to make sure the email address is correct at https://wordpress.com/me/account ?

I am not able to log in under the username jessenfarmsblog. I tried resetting the password, but it’s not coming through to my email address.
If Jetpack is disconnected, could I connect it to this account (the one associated with my email address)?

Looks like there was a typo in the email you used for the account jessenfarmsblog. I have already fixed it and now you can reset the password again.
