Website not live after payment made today??

My account has been idle for 5 months and paid the subscription today and do not understand why my website is not gone live??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What subscription did you pay? What is the underlying whatever.wordpress.com URL? Did you buy domain mapping?

I paid $19 a year.. previous years I renewed while site was live. However paying today has not activated site?

I have checked.. I purchased domain mapping… Cost was $13 USD.. Is there anyone from Staff that can help me out?? Need website to go live ASAP.. Thanks

There is no point buying domain mapping if you do not keep the actual domain in your control by renewing it.

nz-asa.com – has reverted to the wild for anyone to purchase it – you might be able to just register it again now – try and register the name again – if that does not work the staff will need to clear some old records from your account so you can purchase the name again with your account here

I am following up on what auxclass posted. See here to purchase the domain mapping upgrade again http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/Remember that after you do the primary blog set up it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

If you are still struggling with your domain and mapping, please let me know. I see that you paid $13 for domain mapping that you may/may not actually need.
If you do not require the mapping, let me know and I will refund your money.
If you want to re-attempt mapping, I can apply a $13 credit to your account so you’re able to add mapping without paying again.

@thatrobyn – would you please check their account etc for any traces of nz-asa.com that might be hanging around and preventing the OP from registering the name again – I have seen many cases where traces of the old domain prevented the old domain name from being registered again without help by the staff.

thatrobyn hope you can help me, I bought mirror theme, so I couldn’t customize it, so I ask for a refund, thought I have to do it vía PayPal so I did that, then my blog was blocked, I can’t post or do nothing, Ian one of the engineers told me to cancel the dispute with PayPal and I’ll have the refund and access to my site right away, that He’ ll take care of that as soon as I let him know, I cancel the dispute but still my site is block, now, I don’t want the refund, I’ll find someone to help me out with mirror theme, van I have my blog back, please.?
