  I am having problems loading my website. Im not sure how to reboot it or fix the problem.

  Please can you clear your browser’s cache and try loading it again?

  The (clearly loading) site linked to your account hasn’t been updated for 6 years. Perhaps you are talking about a different site? Note: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
