Website not loading

  I’m having an issue with my website not loading. This has been an issue for the last 24 hours (at least – I hadn’t noticed it before).
  I get a mixture of issues when I try to access it:

  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
  ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
  DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

  I have tried on Wi-Fi and mobile data, and asked some friends to try and access, but to no avail.

  What can I do to resolve this?

  Hi there,

  I checked and talilifestyle.com expired on 1/5/19, so you’ll need to renew the domain in order to continue to use it with your site. You should be able to go here under your account to renew the domain.

  Thankyou darnelldibbles.

  I actually already renewed my plan on November 21st, and when I go into my Domain, it says ‘included with plan’. Am I missing an additional step? i.e. do I need to check a box somewhere?

  Ah thanks, @ talilifestyle. I think we were able to spot and resolve the issue.

  We no longer include domains with the price of the plan. Your plan was renewed before that change, but your domain wasn’t due to expire until just recently. We were able to get it renewed properly for you. Thank you for your patience.
