website not loading.

I updated a website (http://www.sunyrlha.org) last week, and now it will not load. My administrator screen (http://www.sunyrlha.org/wp-admin) will not load, either. I believe that I updated some plug-ins in WordPress when I updated the website last week. Could that be the problem? I tried several different browsers on several different devices, as well as resetting the cache and cookies. Help or insight would be appreciated!

I realized that when I reset the cookies, the site will load. But in order to navigate to a different page within the website, I need to reset the cookies again. When I tried blocking cookies altogether, the administrator portal would not allow access unless I enabled cookies. But the cookies are preventing me from logging into the portal. It is a cycle of web despair.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
