Website not loading fully on mobile
-
Hello, I have been trying get our website live but I notice when I try to visit on my phone all the content is not fully loading (missing about 2 or 3 panels) also the homepage seems to be much larger where you have to scroll too far before getting to next panel. Everything seems to work perfectly on several different desktops, its the mobile devices that we are having issues with. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
website is: floridanativeroofing.com

Hi there,
I checked your site and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. I would reach out to your site host for help.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:
Thanks!

Hey Darnell,
Thanks for the help. I’m in way over my head. I know the site is hosted through godaddy. How can I go about changing it so it’s hosted through wordpress?
-
If you want to move the site to WordPress.com, you can do so following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
As for using the domain here, we have two options:
1. Mapping allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
2. A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

I’m currently mapping the domain from godaddy to wordpress. However I’m having issues with content loading on mobile. I have another business where we mapped the domain and just built the site through wordpress.com iand everything works perfectly however I can’t find out why half our our new site isn’t loading content on mobile.

http://floridanativeroofing.com/ seems to be working just fine for me on Safari on an iPhone running iOS 12.4.1.
Which mobile device and browser are you using?
-
I’m on safari ios 12.4. also. The webpage loads yes however on my end when scrolling towards bottom is stops halfway through the “what we do” panel. I’m missing the rest of that panel plus “our work” “testimonials” and “contact us”. All of which are showing up from desktop. Also I’m noticing the home panel is much larger appearing on the mobile compared to desktop (have to scroll quite a bit to get to next panel).
Sorry, I realize this is completely wrong forum however I greatly appreciate your help.

It’s definitely working just fine for me.
Does it work any better for you when viewed under the site’s proper domain?
https://floridanativeroofing.wordpress.com/
To be clear, you’re merely forwarding the domain to the site, and sometimes that doesn’t work quite right.
The only way to guarantee proper functionality under the domain is to map it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ or transfer it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
