  Not sure why the website I am setting up is not displaying my header logo and images properly on mobile phones

  You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress, hosted by Siteground, rather than WordPress.com.

  Please post your further inquiries about the website on WordPress.org forums:

  But, I see that your mobile version of the site is using the Mobile Theme by Jetpack.
