Website not loading- unable to change theme too.

    Hi, my website isnt loading and I presume this is due to incorrect coding/ the theme. I cannot manage to change the theme either when I try to. Is there a way you could please assist me. Thank you.

    Hi Claudia,

    From what I can see there’s an issue with your domain. It either got suspended for not verifying the contact info or expired. You’ll want to reach out to Bluehost (your registrar) for more information.
    Here, on WordPress.com, we won’t be able to help you.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
