Website not loading – zonal SOA record??

    My website is not loading. It says the server is not responding after trying to load for a while.
    Not any computer I tried could have connected, even the mobiles. I tried to clear cache, nothing changed.
    This happened when I was playing with the theme, but I don’t think they are related.
    Mapping works fine with the name servers and everything. The domain provider told to check hosting service and mine is Automattic. Also Automattic website won’t load with the same error.
    However in different cities my website is accessible.
    When I try to diagnose the problem thru DNS analysis for selinledunya.com there were no errors (I assumed therefore there is nothing wrong with the mapping), however when I tried it with selinledunya.wordpress.com, the following was mentioned. Anyone would have an idea what this means?

    The SOA record for the zone is required to be present in the primary Name Server and is not found. This usually means that the zone file is not setup properly in the primary Name Server host. It may also be due to any of the following reasons.
    The Name Server domain is actually not running at all. Start your Name Server domain before running this test again.
    The Name Server domain is not reachable from the Internet because there is a firewall or filtering router that is blocking connections to port 53 on this host for both UDP and TCP connections. The firewall configuration must permit connections on this port from any host on the Internet for the DNS to function properly.

    I confirmed that your site at http://selinledunya.com/ is working. However, it looks like you are located in Turkey, is that right?

    Well, you are right, I am in Turkey. And as of this morning I could access to my site. I hope it won’t happen again as some Turkish wordpress websites were already accessible but not mine!
