Website not responding

  Hey Guys
  My website says it has a critical error.
  I cant go in and delete plugins, cannot change my theme, cant do anything.
  Was wondering if i could get some guidance or whether you guys could fix it for me.

  Any help is appreciated,
  Ive contacted Jetpack and woo commerce and nothing has helped.
  I honestly dont care if my website gets factory reset as long as I keep my domain and SSL Certificates.
