Website not restarting after plugin update, unable to access wp-admin

For the years that I have had my website, I haven’t struggled up until now after clicking automatic plugin updates and now when I type in the url or the wp-admin page, I just get a ‘the page isn’t redirecting properly’ message.
Since I am now unable to access the wp-admin page I have no clue how to restart my website :( I’m freaking out a little so I appreciate any help! My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) if needed. Thank you!

I was confused at that as well, my login for this WordPress account isn’t the login I use for the wp-admin to edit my site. (not sure how that is but I guess I wasn’t thinking years ago) My website is majesticpaula.com and I do use DigitalOcean as a host.

Ah, yes that’s the problem. Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DigitalOcean.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
