Website not running

  My website is not loading and I am told that the issue is with the plugin which is corrupted and not working, Unfortunately, Bluehost doesn’t provide support for plugin based issues as each plugin is made of a specific script and which is unique and they don’t have access to it, they suggested to contact plugin vendor as you should be able to resolve this.

  Hi there,

  The forum you’re posting in now is for WordPress.com, a hosting provider like Bluehost.com. Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at Bluehost, and we are not the plugin vendor for whatever plugin is causing problems on your site.

  Please contact support for the plugin you’re using directly for help with this. There should be a support link on the site where you bought or downloaded that plugin.

  For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
