website not searchable on google

  i have published my website but when i do a search on google it cannot be found
  also, i have tried to add ivory search plugin but the add new button is not there

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  It can take Google a few weeks to index new sites.
