Website not searchable : touchdialysis.org

Hi there,
I had build a website (http://touchdialysis.org/) using WordPress and the domain was hosted in a cPanel server. When checked on the cPanel error logs, the latest one as of today, it reads as below :
[Thu Apr 06 04:40:48.485831 2017] [core:crit] [pid 14989] (13)Permission denied: [client 149.202.89.239:54636] AH00529: /home/touchdia/public_html/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable and that ‘/home/touchdia/public_html/’ is executable
Looks like a .htaccess file issue, but when I FileZilla-ed the cPanel server, I could not find any trace of a .htaccess file.
Furthermore, this wordpress admin account I am using (matthewtouchdialysis) to create the mentioned wordpress page does not contain websites when clicked on ‘My Site’.
Would like to know if you have any idea ? And if this site can be restored?
This is an urgent matter as the datacenter hosting this domain has already issued a 48hr warning (beginning 5th April, 2017).
Your immediate assistance is most appreciated.

We can only support WordPress.com hosted sites in this forum.
There are 2 versions of WordPress. What we do here at WordPress.com is different from using the WordPress installation with a hosting provider. More details can be found in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may also contact your hosting provider for assistance.
