Website Not Secure

  I have started a new job and they have asked me to update their website (despite me being a graphic designer, with no real web design skills.)

  I’ve noticed that their website is showing as “Not Secure” however once I’m logged into the WordPress account it shows with the padlock symbol. When I click on the symbol it shows the certificate which doesn’t expire until later this month.

  I’m confused, does the site have an SSL certificate? Why is it showing as not secure when I view the site on any other device when I’m not logged in?

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted at Godaddy, https://digital.com/best-web-hosting/who-is/#search=assessmenthub.com.au. You must contact Godaddy support to solve this problem.
