  I haven’t been on my website for a long period but have the free plan and my Bluehost is current. But it seems to be ‘gone?’

  It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  If that doesn’t work, I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
