Website not showing on ‘my site’

  Hi, Upon logging in, I cannot locate the site I created on Feb 3. Further more, upon starting a new one, my domain cannot be linked as I have already linked it to the website I created which I cannot find.

  Please help

  Hi Andrew,

  it sounds like you’re accessing the wrong account as I don’t see any sites under the account from which you’re writing us.

  What’s the address of the site you’re trying to access?

  Thanks, as I thought that site was created under different account. Try logging in as brcconsult. You should see your site from there :)

  Well, strangely when I tried to login with the password I had written down it did not work. Then when I tried to reset the password, the reset password email has not come through to any of the email addresses that I could have used – see below.

  Is it possible that the account has been hacked?

  The account you want to access has made a purchase, therefore you can use the recovey form to get access to it.
