Website Not showing up

I paid for this site back in October 2021. I haven’t used it yet and now I can’t get to it. I have a copy of my bank statement if you need it. I need access to it or i need my money back. It says it’s tied to another email. Can I know which one that is so i can check it?

Ok, now I’m really confused.
1. I didn’t notice before but I used to have my name ID as just “Kittenpurr”. I don’t know when the “a11514cfa4” got added. I’ve had a wordpress account for at least a decade. I had a previous blog that i payed for that i let expire. I just logged back in a few days ago and didn’t set up a new account, just logged in like regular. used to be nifsart.com
2. i can’t find the email because it’s saying the site “culinarycrimes.cooking” is tied to a different email than the one i log in here with. i have 3 emails and i’ve checked all three. again, i have a screen shot of my credit card charges. i paid for a new blog on oct 11, 2021.

I’m guessing you just accidentally created a second account — maybe even a third.
Have you tried the form at wpchrg.com? And, are there any other emails you may have been using then? Sometimes we’ll even see situations where a person made an address just for their site.
Or, since you have the charge and a link to the site, have you tried using our account recovery process?

I have three emails: my everyday email, my email for job applications, and my school email. I would not have used either my school or job one, but i checked them anyway.
I literally opened up the app, and logged in using my regular Gmail account, so i have no idea how i “created” anything.
I can’t use the form because it needs information that went to whatever email it went to. If y’all could find out for me what email culinary crimes is linked to, even if it’s just the first part without a domain, I could figure it out maybe.
If not, I will inform my card company it is a fraudulent charge, since I can’t get to it… Take the time to cancel my current credit card instead of auto renewing like I’d planned to, and use a different hosting service.
If y’all can’t help me, just let me know so I can take the appropriate steps.

Filing a fraud charge would just break the site and cost you extra fees, so I recommend against that. We can help another way. This form just asks for charge information:
http://wpchrg.com/Once you locate the charge, you should have a few options. “View Receipt” would make you log in. But you should also have a Contact Support option. Click that. It will ask for your email address and message. Use this email since you have access to it.

While I can’t reveal even a hint about the address on file with the information I have so far, I am guessing you have another personal address you may have forgotten. Please do fill out the form at wpchrg.com and click Contact Support with the site link, and let them know you don’t know what the email address on the account is to get your password resets. They should be able to help.

I filed the charge information, it found a receipt, but when I went to view receipt, it says no receipt found. I took screen shots.
I did contact support but we’ll see. I have no other emails but the three. And I’m still upset that logging into my regular WordPress changed my ID from just Kittenpurr for no reason. I’m guessing something got f’d up on your end after my old blog expired because I haven’t done anything different. It IS a fraudulent charge if I can’t get to the product you charged me for, if the problem is on your end, but again, we’ll see what support does for me.
