Website not showing up correctly

  Every couple of days my site is formatted incorrectly on others’ computers. Instead of my theme, it comes out as a weird basic site with a blue header- it almost looks like a simplified mobile version. What is going on with the site?

  Hi there!

  I’m not currently able to recreate this problem. It’s possible that this would happen when the user’s browser is set to a small size, but it should detect the browser size and display the full site if the browser is large enough.

  If you see this again can you send me a screenshot of it? You can just upload it to your media library and I’ll be able to access it there!
