Website not showing up in ‘My Sites’

    I recently paid for a plan with WordPress.com that got me a domain for a year, so I set up a website with that domain. Today I logged onto WordPress, no website shows up in the ‘My Sites’ section, so I tried to make a new one with the domain I got only to be told the domain is already in use on a WordPress website.

    Also when going to the subscriptions section on WordPress it said I had never paid for anything, when the money left my account :/

    When I type in the domain name into a search engine it comes up with a blue screen and ‘site title, coming soon’

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Good morning, sorry for the late reply. This is the URL, https://vsmbuildingservices.co.uk. I forgot to clarify that I was still working on it and it wasn’t officially published, if that changes anything. Thanks for your time.

    Hi there,

    The site is actually under a different account than the one you are contacting us from, twardziel1margaret. You will need to log out of this account and log into the other WordPress.com account to access the site. Do you happen to remember the username or email you used to create the other account?

    If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:

    http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    I would then check your various email accounts and see which one receives the password reset email.

    Hello, thank you for replying. I went through my email accounts trying to log in and the only one that exists on WordPress is (email visible only to moderators and staff), but when I try to log in with it I’m asked for only the username and not email, but I don’t remember the username I used for it or if I even set one at all. The same thing happens when I click on the link.

    That must not be the address.

    Have you tried filling out the account recovery form?

    Since you’ve made a purchase, you should be able to use the transaction information to regain access.
