Website not showing up on google

I tried the meta tag method and the website still won’t pop up on google. I literally googled the exact name of my website and still there are no results which show my website. I tried googling the name of my posts as well and the outcome is still the same. How do I fix this?

It can often take quite awhile before search engines recognize and decide to push your content to readers. The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites. It isn’t something that happens quickly/easily. Blogging more often, getting a lot of views, visitors, comments, etc can help push the process. Write more, write often and search tips on how to help make your blog get noticed.

Actually my blog has been live for 10 weeks now but I do not post that often nor do I have huge following. I just felt that these things shouldn’t matter if you are googling the exact name of the website. Is it because of the low views that my website won’t pop up in the exact keyword search or is there some other issue because I did complete the meta tag thing. -
I’m not quite sure. WordPress.com doesn’t have any control over how/when the search engines choose to index your content. The links I provided above will further explain how you could go about improving the odds.
