Website Not There

  Hello, I am trying to get my website back up and running. I renewed my domain with hostgator and have seen through my WordPress profile I still have my site. (escapadeco.com) However, when I go to my sites url another website shows up and mine is non-existent. Why is this happening and can I get my site back up? I am new at all this and detailed help would be much appreciated. Thanks

  When i try to look at
  escapadeco.wordpress.com (your “site” here at WordPress.COM) i get

  escapadeco.wordpress.com doesn’t exist

  If you do a whois (https://whois.icann.org) on escapadeco.com, you will see that nowhere in any of the information you get does WordPress.com appear.

  I am sorry to say, your problem cannot be addressed here on the WordPress.com forums. I think the place to start would be Hostgator.
