Website Not Updating

Hello,
I’ve been finding that my website is not showing updates on other devices (meaning devices other than the one I made the changes on). This is not a cookies or cache issue, as some of the devices were ones that never visited my website before and therefore had no older version to revert to. I’ve spoken to WordPress support about this before and they assured me that it was fixed and wouldn’t happen again, but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Can anyone tell me if there’s something on my end that I can change to ensure that this doesn’t happen and therefore that my customers get the most up-to-date version of my website?
