website not updating

  My SEO agency is at a loss with this. Can you help? I’m making updates to my new wordpress website. In preview the updates all look fine BUT when I click ‘Update’ the changes are not appearing in my live site – on any device, on any network! The updates are not happening. Can anyone offer advice. Thanks
