Website Not Updating

  Hello, I have made a HostGator account and bought the shopkeeper theme from wordpress. My website is http://theaftermarketplug.com. I have done a lot on my site and whenever I check, it is not updated. I have tried to clear the cache from the top bar but it does not seem to work. I hope all the time I put into this website did not go to waste. Further, my products are pricing in euros and I need them in USD. Do you think you would be able to change that.
