Website not updating and there is a weebly site which is also connected

  I am trying to create a website and it seems I have somehow created two.
  I do not want the weebly website at all and don’t know how to delete it and I want the wordpress website to read just http://www.vtktechnicians.com.au

  This one is connected to weebly – https://vtktechnicians.com.au/index.html
  This one is connected to wordpress – https://vtktechnicians.com.au/files/

  I am so confused and appreciate your help.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
