Website not visible

    My website stopped showing. It is built in WordPress but hosted elsewhere – there’s nothing wrong at the hosting end.
    When I ping from who.is, no packets are received – i.e. 100% packet loss.
    In the WordPress settings, I try to see the dashboard and it says my site is hidden and I need to set it to visible….but it is already set to visible.
    Anyone got any ideas?

    Hello @davidbailey47. Thanks for sharing your concern. When you say, “but it is already set to visible,” how do you say it is set to visible? Can you walk me through it?

    I do notice one issue with your SSL though. Do you have a valid SSL certificate for your site?

    And since you are hosted elsewhere but your site is built with WordPress you might want to start your thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
