  I am not having any trouble seeing https://srivatsaentreprises.wordpress.com/ when I visit that URL.

  What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

  You either haven’t yet published the page you wish to display on the front of your site or you need to set the correct page as the front page (most people choose the Blog page) at Design/Customize/Homepage settings.
