Website not working

  Hi my website is http://www.ejtractors.co.uk for some reason ‘Error establishing a database connection’ when i try enter the admin site to edit the page and the actual website doesn’t load at all I only ever edited the website the website was designed years ago by someone who worked for us he is long gone so I don’t even know his wordpress login details would anyone from wordpress be able to help me or would i need to make a complete new website thanks.
