Website Not working

I am trying to loginto my account and it says I do not have an account and my website is now down. This is the error message I am receiving.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wplc_acbc_filter_control_microicon() (previously declared in /home2/mixed/public_html/mixedmi.com/wp-content/plugins/Archive/wp-live-chat-support-pro.php:860) in /home2/mixed/public_html/mixedmi.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/functions.php on line 2105 -

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
