Website not working

Hi WordPress Team,
Im having serious issues with my wordpress site.
The website domain is http://www.weldbeing.com. I’m the admin, (email visible only to moderators and staff). Whenever I try to change the main emil account associated with the site from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my email, it returns a ‘link has expired page’, and I’m unable to save the updated information. I also havent received the email even though I submitted a request to change the associated email address.
My web designers are now trying to update the landing page, and everytime they make a change it doesnt save. If I am logged into the editor, if I try and access the site it goes haywire.
The site was fine a week ago and now its all jumbled around.
Im not able to update the plugins, I’m not able to access the pages. I’m not able to clear the cache.
Please please please can someone help urgently.
