I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.

It looks like http://Www.GarmDraw.co.uk is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.

Hey,
Yes I had a company called WebProHub create my website however I haven’t heard from the company recently, they haven’t got back to me as I’ve been calling the company all day and still no response. They also issued my business emails which have seemed to stop working now also so I receive no emails on my business emails. This is really frustrating as I can’t access my website as they are not contacting me

I’ve tried logging into WordPress.org with the user name and password but now it is showing as no account found which is weird as that username and email and password is mine?

WordPress.org is just the home of the WordPress open-source software and a community of users helping each other with its use. Logging in there would not be the same as logging into your own website. You would need to register an account to log into WordPress.org and post on their forums.
In reality, you really need to contact your web host to sort this out. The WordPress.org forums are great for advice on USING WordPress. But this is a hosting or domain situation of some sort. So the only people who will be able to assist is your host’s support team.
