Website not working

Hello, I get an error message up when I try to open my website (www.thecoffeegondola.com) – please can you help? The error message is: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.0’. You are running 7.0.33.

Hi there,
From the sounds of things, it looks like you’re using WordPress.ORG to make your site, not WordPress.COM (where we are). If this is the case, you’ll need to go to their forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/) to get assistance, as the WordPress.com staff can’t help with .org questions.
If you’re not sure of the difference, this post could help: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/Sorry we couldn’t give more help.

Hi @thecoffeegondola – You can also try entering the error message into Google Search. It is possible someone has seen this error before and been able to find a solution on WordPress.ORG.
Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 7.2.0”. You are running 7.0.33.
For example, a quick Google Search reveals the following thread on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-site-is-down-probably-need-to-update-php-but-cant-log-on-to-update/
Please try searching, and as @writer0001 says, post on WordPress.ORG support forums if you still need help. We hope you are able to find a solution soon. :)
