  Hi, just wondering where my website has gone?
  Can you please help me get it back up and running?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there,

  I see that site is connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin. But your site itself isn’t hosted on our servers, but instead was built using the open source WordPress.org software, and is hosted with GoDaddy.com.

  Please contact GoDaddy support directly for help with why the site doesn’t appear to be loading. Once the site is back online, you should be able to access it from our end, through Jetpack, again. But while the site is down, the Jetpack connection also can’t work, so at the moment we have no control at all over the site from our end.
