Website Not Working

    Hi, When I try to log in I get an error message saying ‘user does not exist’ . The last time I had it updated was October 2019. http://www.jesscash.com was working but now it’s not so I revisited the account recovery and I somehow was able to reset my log in info months later but it only links me with a very old domain ‘overcashphoto.com’ and neither website (jesscash.com) are working.

    Hey there,

    I can see your both site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
