Website not working

  We ran some updates on our website including plugins, WordPress software and the PHP (hosted by hosting company) but our website is still acting strange. It works sometimes but then other times it comes up with
  ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’
  I am worried that something has not been updated properly or is not compatible with the updated plugins. Our products for sale are no longer appearing on our website but our woo commerce is working fine. I have already tried deactivating and reactivating all plugins and it made no difference.

  Hey there –

  Thanks for getting in touch. Looking at your site I can see that it is set up on a stand alone WordPress installation. That’s different from using our managed hosting environment here at WordPress.com.
